Background

In 1910 Thomas Edward Brooks gave the land on which the Club stands as a site for Parish rooms and club for which monies had been raised. Known as Timperley Village Club it is run by Trustees to provide social and recreational facilities for parishioners of Timperley irrespective of political or religious opinions. These days the Village Club facilities have been made available to a wider population, not just for those who live in Timperley.

Facilities

Bowling ~ at the rear of the Club building is a superb Crown Green bowling facility with a separate Pavilion and sheltered seating areas


Snooker ~ the ground floor of the Club building contains a dedicated snooker room fully equipped with two full-size tables


Club Room ~ also on the ground floor is a spacious room where Whist and other activities take place


Large Upstairs Room ~ able to host meetings of up to 60/70 persons it is used for a wide variety of activities


Kitchens (limited use) and Modern Toilet facilities are on each floor
